I ordered a bone hourglass waist trimmer and they rang and advised that they did not have size/colour requested and offered another option. I took the option but not suitable so returned it the same day. Despite a bit of a delay, they recredited the money paid. Well done for offering alternate product even if not suitable and then recrediting amount on request. Good service. Thank you

The first time I ordered from Magic Fit I was very impressed with my purchase, the quality and comfort of my item but mostly especially impressed with the very fast delivery so when I needed another under garment to wear for a very special occasion my first go to was Magic Fit.
Unfortunately my last purchase that I placed on 29th March didn’t go too well. After 2 weeks I contacted Magic Fit to let them know that I hadn’t received my item. Over the following 2 weeks, after making phone calls and sending emails, I finally got to speak to a person who would actually listen to my issue. After requesting a refund I am pleased to say that I was given one with the request that if it does eventually arrive can I return it. My parcel eventually arrived on Friday 31st May. I do not wish to spend another minute dealing with this item and would invite Magic Fit to collect if they wish to have this item back.
As I did not receive my item in time I am unable to leave a product review.

Only received this 4 days ago so can’t comment on long term results, but does work well as shapewear. It is very comfortable and easy to wear however it *does* roll up if I sit down. This has always been a problem for me because I have a short torso (I’m only 5′ tall) but it means I can’t wear it during work hours because I’m desk based. Which is probably half the reason for my expanding waistline now that I think about it…

This is really sturdy and well made product. The latex is actually breathable so not uncomfortable to wear even on warmer days. Have only had it for 4 days so can’t comment on long term results yet, but can confirm it also works well as shapewear.
