I bought it mostly to relieve lower back pain and it brings instant relief. To my surprise it’s also very comfortable to wear, and it is very thin and doesn’t show under clothes. The item is very well made and should last a long time. If you are between sizes I would suggest ordering the smaller size, on the chart I was between sizes and I ordered the L, it fits very well.
