I start wearing it right after I gave birth naturally to my son – Eden
It works very well. The stomach belt helps my stomach to go back and the waist belt help my ovary to go back to normal size. pelvic belt support my pelvic to go back.
I am not breastfeeding, and after wearing it for 4 weeks, I feel my figure is almost 90% back to where it suppose to be. I recently ordered the latex fat burning corset and start gym now. recommend to everyone here. its really good.
The belt is elastic, so I just ordered what my estimated size. I was size 6-8 before pregnant and I ordered M. It works.

I wasn’t sure about my size because how can you be sure about your waist size while you still pregnant
I am 160cm and started with 53kg before pregnant (big boobs DD cup and small waist at 26inches before pregnant)
I gain 2kg in the first 3 months to 55kg and 60kg when I was 6 months pregnant.
I gain 9.5 kg when I was 34 weeks and thats when I ordered my pregnancy recovery 3 in 1 belts. It was very good. I start to wear it on the second day after I gave birth (natural birth, my baby was 3.2kg) The stomach belt is helping you eat less (you generally start to eat more while you pregnant), middle core part is to help your belly to go back, and the pelvic bone belt is very good, it release your pelvic pain. I am still wearing them now. It’s my last day at hospital today (I was here 5 days). I am back to order something else to help me to go back to my shape. If you have a plan to go back to your body, you feel much more confident at yourself.

It worked, But I used my size before I had baby. it didn’t work. My tummy reduced 23%
I still look like I am 5-6 months pregnant.

I called before my baby was due and got this set ready for pregnancy recovery.
It helped a lot on my back pain and my pelvic bone pain.
love them so much. the stomach belt helped me to consume less food.
and the waist belt help my skin to go back. I am only 10 days after I gave birth to my baby girl. love them so much. I am already 2 sizes down. it is great.
