All items purchased with a valid delivery address in Australia will be shipped via Australia Express Post. General speaking, within Express Post Networks, Australia Post guaranteed next business day delivery, provided your parcel is posted on any business day Monday to Friday.

Order received before 2:00pm AEST will be shipped on the same day, exclude weekends and public holidays. We are NOT responsible for any damages or lost during the transit and we are NOT responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.

Incorrect Delivery Address Provided:

If an incorrect delivery address was provided on the order, we can still change the address before it gets picked up by Australia Post. Once the parcel left our warehouse, we won’t be able to change the delivery address any more and most likely the parcel will be returned back to us in about 2 weeks giving the standard parcel return procedure by Post.
