Free standard delivery is available for all orders within Australia.

Express Delivery

We offer flat-rate Express Delivery for $19.95.

Next Business Day Delivery may be available to major cities and suburbs within the Australia Post Express Post network when your order is placed on a business day and dispatched before the cut-off time.

Order cut-off time: 2:00pm AEST on business days
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that Next Business Day Delivery is only available within the Australia Post Express Post network and is subject to Australia Post’s delivery conditions and service availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery Delays, Loss or Damage

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post’s network, delivery location, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

ShapeMate is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery service providers once the parcel has left our warehouse.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist you with lodging an enquiry with the delivery provider where possible.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, we may be able to update the address before the parcel is collected by Australia Post.

Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address. In most cases, parcels with incorrect addresses may be returned to us under Australia Post’s standard return process, which may take approximately 2 weeks or longer.

If your parcel is returned to us and you would like to re-arrange delivery, please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply.

Next Business Day Delivery may be available within the Australia Post Express Post network, including major cities and suburbs. Service availability depends on the delivery postcode and Australia Post’s current delivery network.

New Zealand Delivery

Orders to New Zealand will be shipped via Australia Post international parcel services.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

International Delivery

International orders will be shipped via international air mail or international parcel service.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
