For Waist Measurement, Please use measuring tape to measure two measurements.
1st measurement: Measure it when you at your relaxed form.
2nd measurement: measure it while you “hold” your breath.
Write both measurements down in both cm and inches. Then check against the size chart provided below for options. For example, if your relax measurement is 34 inches, when you hold your breath, it is 31.5 inches, then you can wear size L.
