How to Use
For the very first time, wear the waist trainer for 1 to 2 hours to warm-up the product. It is recommended to wear cotton singlet underneath the waist trainer during training. It is suggested to wear the waist trainer for 4 to 6 hours a day, but not longer than 8 hours a day. Do NOT wear the waist trainer during sleep.
Care Instructions
Hand wash in cold water only. Dry in Shade.
For Waist Measurement, Please use measuring tape to measure two measurements.
1st measurement: Measure it when you at your relaxed form.
2nd measurement: measure it while you “hold” your breath. (Take measurement of what you’d like to achieve in the next 12 weeks)
Write both measurements down in both cm and inches.

I have tried so many different kind of latex waist trainer before. I paid things like $97 , $107, $39 and one more I can't remember how much I paid for it. I have to say I almost lost all confident in the idea of fat burning. My cousin sent me this site.
I have to say, they look quite similar but THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!
unless I know what's the material, so I can have a scientific (Chemistry) way to explain why. All I know is other latex corset didn't work and this one worked.
