How to Choose the Right Size
Please do NOT use your clothes sizes for this bodysuit. Please measure your waist (usually 1 or 2 inches above your belly button, please hold your breath and stand straight when taking the measurement). Once you have your waist measurement, please check against the size chart for sizes. If you are not sure, please chat with live support on the page for assistance.
How to Wear
It is important to know how to put it on correctly. Step 1. Open the hooks at the front; Step 2. Roll-up the bodysuit and hold it in your hands; Step 3. Step into the bodysuit slowly. Do NOT try to put it on over your shoulders. Shapewear meant to be tight and hold you in. It looks tiny or small then the clothes you usually wear. It is normal, it takes sometime to put it on for the first time. Please note, for demonstration purpose, model was wearing a panty underneath the bodysuit during photo-shot. However, in reality, under pants should go over the bodysuit for easy toilet access.

I have back pain for a number of years. My daughter bought this bodysuit for me. First time when I try to get in, I thought there is no way I can get into that .It's tiny. But I did. It is very comfortable and it actually helped on my back pain. I do not feel so painful anymore. I have lose 1 inches after 3 weeks too. I am very happy with it and coming back to order 2 more pieces, so I can wash and change.
